Who We Are

We are fortunate to call Hilton Head our home. And like so many, we started visiting years ago for vacation and fell in love with the Island and all it has to offer. We eventually purchased investment property for our own use as well as for long-term rental income. We finally made it our permanent home several years ago and never looked back but saw a need for professional long-term rental and home watch services. Our combined marketing, sales and business experience coupled with our property management experience and knowledge led us to create Boda Cove LLC. Joan is the licensed Property-Manager-In-Charge and her partner Paul is the licensed Property Manager for Boda Cove. Our philosophy is pretty simple. Treat people right. Our clients are our #1 priority, always. We pride ourselves on providing personalized, professional, exceptional service.
